Payments :

Acceptable modes of payment: Cash, DD, Bank-transfers, Credit cards (Master and Visa only)

Demand Draft (DD) should be drawn in favor of “Live in Corporate” payable at Hyderabad, India.

Cancellations & Refunds

If You Cancel The Reservation :

=More than 45 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 10% on invoice amount ( banking fee + administration fee )

=45 days to 30 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 1 nights room charge

If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged.

30 days preceding or No Show : 100% advance paid

Also be informed that cancellation has to be made through corresponding emai ID: services@liveincorporate.com only otherwise no cancellation will be entertained.

We do not accept Cancellations over Phone

In case of payments made by credit card, please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account. In all other cases, a cheque will be issued.

All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refunds process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.

Terms and Conditions:

5% luxury tax is applicable on rack rates.

Check out time is 12 noon.

Extra bed charge is Rs. 500 per day

Reservation and confirmation can be made only through email.

Phone booking will be used only to block the dates.

Laundry, telephone and other incidentals (if any) would be charged extra as applicable.
